Carmel Popcorn

¼ c butter/margarine
¼ c brown sugar
¾ c white sugar
½ c light corn syrup
½ of 15 oz can (2/3 c) sweetened condensed milk
½ t vanilla
5 quarts popped corn
Mix all ingredients but corn, bring to boil, add corn and eat. Best when mixed with wooden spoon.
