Tex-Mex Chicken

2-3 chicken breasts
1 pkg taco seasoning
1 can tomatoes and chilies (like Rotel)
½ Cup water
Soft taco shells

Place chicken in crock pot. Mix taco seasoning with ½ c. water. Pour over chicken. Pour can of tomatoes and chilies over everything. Cook on high 1 ½ -2 ½ hours, on low 3 – 4 hours. When chicken is cooked through, remove from crock pot and shred with fork. But back in crock pot and stir everything together.
Fill taco shells with chicken. Top with cheese, lettuce, sour cream, etc.
